We process personal data that is automatically generated by visiting our website, such as IP addresses processed by the hosting provider and session data required for the application to function.

Data-minimizing usage analytics

To improve calcimo, we record selected usage events without cookies and without storing a complete IP address. The processed data consists of the requested path, event type, optional calculator and button identifiers, browser family and, where available, a two-letter country code provided by the hosting or proxy infrastructure. Before storage, the IP address is truncated and processed in pseudonymized form using a hash that changes weekly. Processing is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in evaluating usage and the technical quality of the service in pseudonymized form. Analytics data is not used for advertising, is not shared with analytics providers and is deleted automatically after 90 days.
